Client Income Eligibility
Journey's End Immigration Legal Services only provides representation to low income clients. To be considered income eligible, the client's household income must fall below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Our Immigration Department will accept cases that arise out of EOIR Buffalo Immigration Court jurisdiction, which includes all cases arising from the NY-Canadian border and all immigration arrests throughout New York State that are outside of New York City.
All nationalities are served.
