Services Offered

Our legal practice is limited to U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. Representation is offered only to individuals who meet our income eligibility guidelines and case acceptance policy. To be considered income eligible, an individual’s household income must fall below 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

The Immigration Legal Services Program offers legal advice and representation for a nominal fee or on a pro bono basis on immigration matters listed below. In some cases, application fee waivers are available.
