Karen M. Andolina Scott, Esq. is the Managing Attorney for Immigration Legal Services. She graduated from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2009 with a Juris Doctor degree and graduated from The University at Buffalo School of Social Work in 2008 with a Master of Social Work. Ms. Andolina Scott also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Geneseo where she majored in Business Administration. She is admitted to practice in the courts of New York State.
Prior to joining Journey's End, Ms. Andolina Scott practiced immigration law at a private law firm where she focused her practice primarily on employment-based visas along with consular practice and border work.
Molly Short has served as Executive Director of Journey's End since 2008. Prior to joining Journey's End, Ms. Short established and led the Albany, NY office of U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants. Earlier in her career, Ms. Short served as the Legal Services Coordinator for VIVE La Casa in Buffalo, NY.
Ms. Short has a master's in Organizational Leadership from Medaille College and bachelor's in Political Science and Urban Studies from Canisius College. Ms. Short has been a Board of Immigration Appeal certified since 2003.
