The NYS Office for New Americans (ONA) Immigrant Community Navigator program at Journey's End is focused on connecting low-income New American residents in the Western New York Region to economic, social, and civic support.

In addition, the ONA Navigator program was designed as a way to build bridges and foster relationships between communities.
