Advocacy with Impact.

The Immigration Legal Services Program at Journey’s End Refugee Services offers immigration legal representation to low-income refugees, asylees, and other immigrants. Our team of licensed attorneys and DOJ (Department of Justice) Accredited Representatives assist with immigration matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), including but not limited to naturalization, permanent residency (green cards), family reunification, travel documents, work authorization, asylum and withholding of removal, Temporary Protected Status, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), and removal defense.

Please see Services Offered for more information.

The Immigration Legal Services Program offers a weekly Walk-in Clinic, providing free intakes for income-eligible individuals. The Walk-in Clinic is held on Fridays from 10:00am to 12:00pm, and is first-come, first-served. No appointment is necessary however we encourage early arrival in order to be seen.

Community information sessions and trainings by Journey’s End attorneys are also available to organizations and community groups on a wide range of immigration topics.
