Immigrant Resource Program

Community leaders creating connections

THE IMMIGRANT RESOURCE PROGRAM (IRP)

The Immigrant Resource Program provides immigrant communities with the information necessary to access resources and support success. Immigrant Community Leadership Fellows (ICLFs), the volunteer team at the heart of this program, are current and aspiring leaders from within the immigrant community. Their firsthand understanding of the experiences of newcomers makes them uniquely equipped to serve as advocates for immigrant and refugee populations. ICLFs combine knowledge of local needs and training from professionals in various fields to plan information events tailored to their communities. This program empowers immigrants by making them bridges between local communities and key resources, while also making them trusted beacons of important information.

The Immigrant Resource Program is funded by the Office for New Americans.
